You are psychic

I read a sentence yesterday that I can’t stop thinking about. I’m still reading about shamans, and tying it in with all the other stuff. So much spiritual language is about “real” stuff. Even just one hundred years ago they called it god, because they had no way of understanding what they couldn’t see with their eyes. If you were to take, what they call the path of knowledge, you will come to see eventually that all those spiritual things are anatomical processes. They are inherent in the human body. Think about it, look into it, what little was known about the human body just 200 years ago. How could they have possibly used scientific language to describe what was going on. Words.

I recently started a book about the occult in Europe focusing on the 17-1800’s. They were so superstitious back then, so monkey-like, they burned people alive. They murdered millions over their ideas of god. It’s really kind of insane when it’s all put together. This culture is whack beyond description. This current culture is a child of that one, and just like parents pass on their abuse, and dysfunction, so does culture.

So here is another way of saying it. Think back to what it would be like to be a ‘primitive' in the jungle, to what you are now. If you've studied history at all, remember, they thought Cortes was a god, getting off the boat armored on armored horses. Cortes with a small group of men personally killed tens of thousands of Indians with swords on horses, and he did it in the name of his god. If a person, from the future a thousand years from now just showed up, wouldn't we think they were a god. We would think they were a devil, or a crazy magician, because they would be doing things we do not know we can do.

The key issue here is that this culture has not raised any of us to be aware of what is really going on, and particularly this culture has failed regarding what it means to be the result of millions of years of evolution. Because of these organized religions, particularly Christianity, it is not even acknowledged that we are simply monkeys. Now this is going to seem paradoxical right? I'm saying we are monkeys, and I'm saying that we have incredible powers. According to the standard Christian view, a monkey is less than a human, I call this arrogance. So the paradox is that while claiming superiority, they at the same time fail to acknowledge our innate abilities.

You see, right now, you have anatomical abilities, inborn processes, that if you awakened, and learned to use, in this culture, at this time, you would seem like a god. All knowing, psychic, clairvoyant, telepathic, all of it. All of the psychic abilities are directly linked with the body. Science has proven the body is part of the unconscious mind. It ‘thinks’ too, but it is not the thinker. The study of the unconscious and hypnotism shows that the unconscious has it's own personality. Or to say it another way, a great deal of hunches, feelings, vibes, all that extra periphery information in consciousness is coming from the body. So being extremely sensitive, and in touch with one’s body, knowing it for the extra-sensory organism that it is, has a direct connection with one’s consciousness. Upon realizing this fact: psychic ability is imminent. There are cultures in the world, particularly among the spiritually inclined that this is common sense. Here in America, that is not the case.

So really, here again, in a non-god-like way, is this labeling of an unseen phenomenon “psychic” when really it is just an anatomical process. It's not magical, or special, or that only gifted people have it; it's that this culture fails to recognize it, so it's not normalized. Can you explain how you move your hands without thinking about every little muscle you use? Can you feel, and consciously control all the muscles you use to stand up out of a chair? So much is going on inside of us, to our cultural way of thinking it is unfathomable. This is a serious issue if you really think about it.

No wonder very few figure this out. Back in the day being psychic could get one burned at the stake. The Christians went about exterminating truth seekers. Even today, if one acquired some psychic ability, and then preceded to tell others about it, one would immediately have untold numbers of haters. If one is so busy working and doing the things this culture tells one to do though, they will never come to see their own inner power. It's a trap. Anytime I attempt to explain to the average American I meet on the street that they are psychic and just don't know it, I get labeled crazy, or dumb, or strange, or something.

An inner harmony with one’s body is no small achievement in this culture. The number of people who have it is so small it seems radical to have achieved such a state. Consider, most people can’t even feed themselves correctly. Most Americans are sick because of their diet. I am not saying this is an easy process, harmony with one’s self. The culture has indoctrinated everyone to an extremely limited potential. I mean to say, humans on the whole are capable of doing so much better. But everyone is being born into a culture where the people at the top farm the people on the bottom  Everyone is stuck. Sheep fenced in on all sides. The circle keeps perpetuating. It’s what monkeys do. Think about what I'm saying, educated, intelligent, aware humans who are in touch with themselves cannot be controlled by greedy murderous people.

Sitting right there, right now, all these spiritual powers all these religions talk about, are in you. It is a matter of one realizing it, then seeking it. Having intention to figure it out. One’s unconscious will then go to work bringing about the situations one needs to figure it out. While doing this, if one learns to clear their mind, the unconscious will just birth the ideas into consciousness; epiphany, aha! moments, creativity, etc. This is all unconsciousness communicating with consciousness. The path of knowledge. Being the result of millions of years of evolution, the body already knows what to do, but since the conscious self is the driver, all that needs to be done to keep humans in the dark is to make sure everyone's conscious self is ignorant or the truth.

Are you unhappy in life? This is why. Instead of realizing you, who you really are, you are doing what you have been told to do. Even worse, to compensate for your loss, you're doing what you're told to do to fill the void; watch TV, go to work, eat poison, do drugs, sleep, repeat. People are convinced their purpose in life is to work. I say the purpose of life is to work on the inner life. To work on discovering who one really is. Now if we had been raised to do this from birth, culturally, then the purpose of life would be different, but that just isn't where we are at collectively.

Here is another way to think about it. Your unconscious is orchestrating so much, if you somehow could just all of a sudden realize it; you’d think you were a god. If I could snap my fingers, and just magically, all of a sudden you were fully aware of all that your unconscious is doing; you would literally think you were god. This is why we must gradually come upon this knowledge. Obviously we did not literally create the Universe, but we do create our own. We're still just a dumb monkeys no matter how aware we become.  This is critically important. This happens to people more than you think too, they get too much too fast, get confused, and then proceed to think they are more than just a dumb monkey.  History is full of such fools claiming knowledge of god, when really they just got a glimpse of their own unconscious.

When the spiritual, the metaphysical, is tied in with the science, the physics, the anthropology and biology, a different kind of picture emerges that religion does not describe, but neither does science. Words. It's just monkeys using different words, from different cultures, all attempting to explain the same phenomenon. Science cannot measure the patterns it cannot perceive, There are certain things occurring in the universe science will never be able to measure, which doesn’t mean they are not occurring.

That sentence that got me thinking, “when one reasons their way out of reason.” To see ourselves for what we really are, because of how this culture has taught us that it is, we will have to reason ourselves out of reason. Words. You see, the issue is thinking the way this culture raised us to be is even reasonable, but we will never get to be born again, in a different culture, to have the perspective of difference. The reasoning that we have, was given to us. It is at this time, with this software in our heads, unreasonable to think we have such ability. Such power as to be able to manifest all of our energy into the universe and it giving exactly what we ask for. It is unreasonable to think that one is all knowing, that one can know the future and be able to avoid all dangers. Virtually no one realizes they have this within themselves, and even suggesting it will get blank stares and skepticism to the max. In America anyways.

If we went to an enlightened guru in India, or a Zen master, or if we went to any number of monasteries where spiritual life is taken seriously it is common knowledge that all monkeys possess psychic powers.

It’s true. Even in America there are those who have used science to prove it. They aren't even powers. Words. It’s just a simple fact of having this monkey suit we’re wearing. It's a simple fact of evolving for millions of years in this environment here on Earth. It is you, you are it, one in the same. This is what they mean when they say we are one with the All. We are in a universe, within a universe, that has universes within. We are one with the universe. Because of what your body does, and how the universe works, your energy goes out forever, just like that star light we see at night. The only difference  is a matter of quantity. The star obviously emits way more light. We are all gods. We are all stars. No one is denied these abilities because everyone has a human body.

Without this body of ours, none of these states of consciousness are possible. There are so many. So many worldviews to have. So much dreaming. So many words. There is almost nothing one can’t do. Sadly though, the path of knowledge is painful. For a varied number of reasons it hurts to let go of things we are mentally attached to. I call this, getting over one’s self. One must get over having to have certainty. One must first acknowledge that they know nothing. If you believed for years someone loves you, what happens when you find out they don't? If you believed all your life you were just a pleb, and then found out you were a god, how's that going to feel? Most people feel incredibly stupid and arrogant for having held their cultural beliefs for so long.

That is scary to most. Another way to look at it is the difference in the way one takes in knowledge. If one has an opinion and then takes in new knowledge, they will have warped the knowledge, but if one has no opinion, then takes in the knowledge with an open mind, one has a chance of figuring it out. So, if before you read this you had the opinion that you are not psychic, then you have learned nothing. You will have at every sentence, ruled it out because of your already existing opinion, but if you admit you really don’t know, then take in a new idea, like a seed, it has a chance to grow.

Memory is an illusion

Try to keep in mind; never ever is only some one thing true. While I may be, in the paragraphs to come, stating some things about memory in a definitive way, there are many other layers to it. It’s a trick, an illusion, to identify with thoughts, to think that something thought is actually true, or even worse that a thought is the only thing true. It is definitely a limitation on our thinking the way this culture has taught us to think.

Consciousness is more like the light spectrum. Look around at all the different shades and hues of color. All that exist; so many it’s infinite. Imagine them each one being a film like paper, super sheer. All the colors are reality, laid together, as if to see reality one would have to be looking through all the sheets of film, like looking through a lens, to get the total picture. In our monkey suits, in this culture, we can only see one or two colors at a time with our thinking consciousness. We’ve been dumbed down incredibly in order to maintain a system built by kings who farmed their fellow monkeys.

It’s like each moment in time is a painting of some kind, but in order to see all the colors used in the painting, one must have the corresponding sheer colored film to see it. If one of your colors is wrong, the view of the painting is incorrect.

Put your hand out to the side of your face with your arm fully extended. Keep your hand level with your eyes, but making sure your hand is not out in front of your eyes. Keep looking straight ahead, but don’t focus ahead, using what they call peripheral vision try to see your hand. Do you see your hand? If you are like me you can move your hand back behind your head and still see your hand. Now consider there is no way light is reflecting off your hand and then hitting the back of your eyes. It is your mind's eye creating that vision of your hand. Practice doing that while walking and you will learn to meditate. Not holding your hand out to the side while you walk, but walk while not focusing on anything like you do in order to see your peripheral.

But this is not the point of what I’m writing about today. Meditation is another conversation. All our eyes do is detect changes in light patterns. Your mind's eye is creating that hand you see. You could almost think of it as your third eye being used in a very mundane way. It is how blind people can learn to “see”, using technology that expresses their environment by sending tingles to another part of the body instead of the eyes, like their back or tongue. It is not your eyes that creates what you “see” it is your mind.

This is a great deal of spirituality in a very small paragraph compared to all that has been written about the illusions of life. When you hear those Indian mystics saying everything is illusion this is exactly what they are talking about. Volumes and volumes have been written about this subject in spiritual jargon, and really all you have to do is stick your hand out to the side of your face to witness it first hand. Now, coming to terms with this illusion emotionally is another story…..Thinking about abstract things is not enough to know…..All the layers must be the proper color not just some one or two.

Another layer to this besides this "peripheral vision" is that what one is really seeing with their physical eyes is the light reflected off the object being looked at. This means technically you are not seeing what you are looking at at all, only the reflection of light off of it. There is a high probability though, that one of the reasons our vision seems so detailed is because our mind is perpetually adding this "peripheral vision" to everything we see with our physical eyes. So technically, as the spiritual people say, all life is an illusion. Everything not seen by the eyes is created by the mind, and everything seen with the eyes is only reflected light off of an object. What does the reflection of light off of water tell you about water? That it's surface is reflective? You have never in your life actually seen water. One never actually sees what is going on; ever. Osho says to be a mirror, and merely reflect back.

This is not to say that these objects we are interacting with are not emitting a light of their own as we are, but because of how we are raised in this culture, we are not raised to be sensitive to it, so therefore we do not “see” it. It is not in our peripheral vision so to speak. As I’ve said, our consciousness is many layers of the color put together at once. It’s own painting, anew, every moment. Our moment to moment view of the world is mostly created by the mind in the same way it creates that vision of our hand out to the side, which we cannot in actuality see with our eyes.

Just think of the experiment done on kittens blindfolded at birth, for some no small number of weeks, whom end up blind for life. Use it or lose it, when things are developing in the brain/body/mind (they are one in the same thing). Just a biological fact. When kittens, any animal actually, are in the stage of developing eyes/sight, or any function; if the function can’t be used, it doesn’t develop.

How much more acute were the other senses of those poor kittens in order to compensate for their loss of vision? Perhaps this is why we become so focused on thoughts in our culture; we lost the use of other functions? Like “seeing” the energy coming from all matter. I am saying that at the time in our lives when we are actively adapting to the environment, we are not encouraged, or taught in anyway how to see the energy, of what seems to us, inanimate objects. We are absolutely immersed in the energy of mass at all times. Light/energy coming from stars billions of light years away is bouncing off, or going through, your body right this moment.

Think of those recent experiments with LSD. They are showing the brain lit up like that of a child's. If you have ever done LSD you would know what you can see things in immediate proximity that cannot be seen without one's brain being all lit up; that is, hyper connected. If two people, on the same LSD, “see” the same things, the same hallucinations, how do you explain that with the standard model of how things are?  You cannot. If two people see the same thing: that is how all science is verified. Every science experiment you have ever seen is based on one person seeing what another person sees.

Another important layer to this peripheral illusion of ours deals with memory. Memory is this “peripheral vision” in effect. Just like the creation of the hand to the side of your face is a “vision” in your mind, so is all memory. When I used to read Krishnamurti a lot, he would often repeat the need to live in the present with no memory of the past. The past is gone. It no longer exists. If you meet a person you once knew, they are no longer that same exact person. In this way alone your memory is of no use to you, at least in regards to seeing the present for what it is. The same is true of objects, they change regardless of the label inanimate. Mystics speak a great deal about this illusion of thinking, of consciousness. I tend to be more logical in my spirituality than the poet. I figured out how to forget my past in a different way than these abstract poetic means that are so often found in spiritual books. .

I’ll prove here and now your past cannot possibly be correct. Look back on yourself ten years ago. Are you not like me, in that you can say, if only I knew then what I know now? Can you not like me, say, “I really didn’t know what I was doing ten years ago. I was, if not totally wrong, at least incomplete in the way I thought things were.” Think of how much more you know now, compared to then. How many worldview changes? Lessons learned? New ways of looking at things? I may be taking it for granted that I change more than others, simply because I seek it in certain ways, and have become good at changing, in certain ways, but I think everyone has to change to some degree or other over time. We are evolution in effect, moment to moment. I see the world totally different than I did ten years ago. I assume, as humans, we are all constantly changing, even the most stubborn and dumb among us change. Anyways, if one wasn’t a growing type, they wouldn’t be reading this.

So looking back, we can “see” that we really weren’t aware of what was really going on. Sure, we may have perfectly seen the light reflecting off of objects, but the other sheer films of color, were the wrong color. Our “peripheral vision” was incorrect. Our take was wrong. Our view of the world was missing many layers of color, and had many colors that were not the true color of the painting. Of course, we took certain actions, that had certain effects, but again, our “seeing,” our perception, the peripheral layers added to what we see; was not really what was going on. Our memory cannot be accurate.

It is a part of our consciousness, this peripheral addition to everything we see.  Our whole lives, what we have focused on, wasn’t really there the way we saw it. Our memory cannot actually be what it was because we were clueless in so many ways. This is that spiritual talk about how we choose our experience in effect.

In ten years, what will you say about the person you are right now?

This scares most people. To maintain their sense of self, that is, their identity with being the thinker, they must know what they are doing. It’s like talking a guy out of his opinion that there is global warming when he owns the coal power plant. His source of monetary wealth depends on him being right. Or like talking a priest into being an atheist; his whole life revolves around his idea of god, he cannot possibly concede there is no god without a tremendous emotional process enveloping him.

This means one is nearly totally ignorant in the present moment. This means right now as we look around us, we have no idea what is really going on. Never not once in our whole lives have we seen the actual painting of any one moment. Our minds are logging away our experience of things, we are calling it memory, we act like it was real, that it really happened. At best, the only memory of ours that is correct is that of the most inanimate objects. So I’m not saying certain things did or didn’t happen. Those things are other sheer layers of film colored a specific way. I’m saying that our memory of it is like that vision of your hand out to the side of your face; totally created in your mind and nowhere else. A few films of color are correct, as in, our hand is actually there, out to the side of our face. I’m just saying the vision is not there, but self created.

Because of these illusions our memory of how things were or were not, cannot actually be what it was. So there is no use for them except for one, and that is to heal whatever emotional baggage one is carrying around with them. Do you remember the insignificant moments at all? Of your memories which are the ones you’re packing around? That is, which ones are affecting you, both consciously and unconsciously? The hurtful? The energetically charged? These are most often the memories we weren’t honest with ourselves about. The reason these emotions haunt us, that they are locked in our bodies, is to get us to “correct” our memory, that is, to heal the emotion by seeing it for what it actually was, instead of how we thought it to be, or even worse, how we wish it to be.

The ultimate goal, the reason for so many volumes of spiritual jargon, is help people become emotionally intact and at the same time free of memory. In other words, to get people to grow up. This is as a Christian would say, a saintly place to be.

How to see.

As a friend of mine would say; I’m going to drop some jewels on you.

A little background first. It’s all about discerning syntax. All over the world there are people with their third eye open, but they all describe it differently. The only way around this is to read as much of their stuff as one can, and after a while one begins to “see” what is going on. Here I am compiling neuroscience, metaphysics, quantum physics, psychology, and anthropology.

Religion was forced on me as a child, and that small child I was bought it hook line and sinker. One of the primary reasons for this was my sensitivity. This sensitivity that I have validated what they were saying, because there is indeed shit going on that one cannot see, which gets named spiritual. The issue here is that just because one cannot “see” what is going on behind the curtain does not mean it is some guy in the sky. When I awoke from the sleep that is Christianity I set about explaining the things that they say are true in terms of reality.  Which is what I am about to display.

Let’s start where I did, with a real deal sorcerer. Those Carlos Castaneda books really did a number on me. The fact that some guy from Mexico knew all those things that he knew is absolutely astounding to me. So much of it is mind bending. No TV watcher I know even would believe a quarter of it if I told them, but this no reason at all to discredit it. What was so awakening for me was the syntax that Carlos used. His teacher used this word “seeing” all the time, because don Juan did not have the term third eye in his vocabulary. In their talks don Juan often spoke of being able to switch between his normal vision and his third eye at will. He explained to Carlos that during his apprenticeship one of the methods used to “shatter their vision” was hallucinogens.

I got my hands on a book by an Indian Master, an India Indian. There were many crazy things about this book. One being the intro. It warns one right from the beginning; reading this book will bring enlightenment. Some people claim to have increased their awareness just touching it, which probably sounds crazy to a TV watcher, but as you’re about to find out, if you knew how to “see” is a totally realistic claim. The second crazy thing, was that this guy “shattered his vision” without the use of hallucinogens. He talks about it often in the book, how he did this; by focusing on someone who already has. In his case, his Guru.

Here comes quantum physics. How did he do that? Well, it turns out meditators can link their minds. They’ve proven this with the EEG caps. Get two meditators, and have them focus on each other for a couple weeks. Then get them in the lab, put the caps on, but separate them by some walls. Then they put a strobe light on one of the meditators that is in a room by him/herself. Strobes cause the brain to flicker, which registers with the EEG. Guess what? The meditator in the other room, without a strobe in the room, still registered the strobe activity as if the strobe was in the room. That is an extremely powerful observation. That is most definitely proof that two people can harmonize, as I like to say.

So what is “shattering one’s vision”? What this means, is that one can “see” what is going on using their mind/body, and not just the eyes. Our eyes only detect about 1% of the light that is directly in front of them at any given time. Our bodies, which I’ve explained before, is the unconscious mind. And within the body is the most complicated known thing in the universe, the brain. Both of these are detecting things (read here light; all “things” are light) that the eyes cannot see. So what these individuals have done in the mind is learn to “see” these other forms/types/kinds of light energy in their mind's eye, which over time seems like normal vision in a way. When one can overlay the two, one’s “vision is shattered”. Seeing a person's aura is good way to think of it. Again, this Indian Master was not using the same syntax and Carlos.

Here comes the neuroscience. I can’t really explain the tremendous complexity of the brain here, so this is definitely a condensed version. Anyways, a scientist made a device for blind people. He experimented with it on people who were born blind. They had never in their life seen with their eyes. The original device he made laid across their back, with a camera attached to the shoulder. The darker something in the image was, the more activity they felt on their back, the lighter something was, the less activity. These blind people, using this device, after practice, could distinguish a telephone, on a dresser, behind a vase, at ten feet away! Using the sensations on their back, they created an image of the room in the mind.

That is insane! Over time, technology improved, making for better equipment, and people got to where they could describe people's physical features, yet they had no eyes to use! This scientist expressed quite clearly that it is not our eyes that see, but our brain. The eyes only detect differences in light; it is the brain that creates that image in our head that we see, and because we are so accustomed to “thinking” of it in this way, we are spiritually blind. I could see where a lot of people need to sit and stare at that beautiful jewel for a minute. Think of all the spiritual sayings, and quotes and what not, revolving around this fact.

Because I had read the Carlos Castaneda books first, I knew that another one of don Juan’s methods of “shattering one’s vision” was not only using hallucinogens, but also by using dreams. Think about it, when you are dreaming, do you not see the dream? But not even for a minute are you using your eyes. Ha! Your’re third eye has been open all your life and you probably didn’t even know it. Go ahead, sit and stare at that jewel for a minute too.

Opening one’s third eye is not some magical thing restricted to a special few. It is simply a matter of awareness. Every single night of our lives our third eye is wide open. It is a trick of cultural indoctrination to think that what we see, merely with our physical eyes, is all there is to see. So surely one can understand, if they are a truth seeker, or wish to know god, that they must learn to “see” instead of merely see. Nothing magical about it; nothing to do with god; simply a matter of awareness. You know, becoming aware of what is actually going on right in front of your face.

I personally have psychic experiences all the time. It’s not something one can really talk about though publicly. Having someone doubt it, or think negatively about it, has an affect on the psychic individual. Why? It has to do with that strobe light experiment. If one is surrounded by a lot of haters, doubters, cynics, it will affect one’s mind. Most TV watchers are constantly radiating the dumbest energy. True though, it is possible to achieve such a state where that is not the case, where one is immune so to speak to the thoughts of others, but on the whole it is best to avoid it as much as one can, even if they have said immunity. Most spiritual Masters post up alone somewhere, away from the world, where only those wanting truth show up.

An MIT professor, who claims to have seen other people’s auras most of his life, took it upon himself to study such things.  His book titled You Are Psychic gives lots of exercises to help one open their third eye, and he also puts it in a language most Americans can wrap their mind around. Reading stuff by Indian Masters and Sorcerers from Mexico makes it a little tougher unless one is truly dedicated to the task.

In my opinion, the main key here is to stop thinking. Stop thinking you know, stop thinking what you see is how it is. To realize these cultures are all based on the simplest level of reality, and those mystics, shamans, sorcerers, Masters, whatever, are merely people who chose to grow up. They stopped believing the story about how it is, and went in search for themselves what is really going on.

Think about it, if you “shattered your vision” and could “see”, what some call the “light of God” in all things, and you were standing next to a public educated TV watcher. Would you not seem nearly all knowing? Would you not almost seem like a god in and of yourself? Books upon books have been written regarding the things one can do when they grow up.

But what if you were standing next to someone else who could “see”? What then? Just two monkeys on a flying rock….

Look at that jewel shining….

Renunciation

I’ve renounced so much; only a little more to go. This past week I had a huge realisation. It is the kind of realisation that makes me realise how stupid I am. Why didn’t I think of this sooner? Why didn’t I realise this a year ago? Ten years ago? Sadly, sometimes it takes me much too long to put together things which are quite obvious.

For ten years now I have been reading about how I cannot attain without a Guru. I fucking hate being told I can’t do something. 99% of the time I will go do exactly what you said I couldn’t just to prove we live in a universe of infinite possibility. I’ve literally for ten years now been vehemently vowing to prove them all wrong. This has been very distressing for me, being told I can’t do something. Extremely. I don’t submit to anyone; ever. You have to have a gun. If you don’t have a gun, or are not capable of just straight up forcing me; I cannot be told what to do.  All this Guru nonsense has had me way up in my feels. Ten straight years of it.  I’ve been constantly searching for a way around it. Constantly being told I can’t.

I can't stop thinking to myself there has got to be a way to attain the highest states of consciousness without a Guru, because I will never bow down to another man, or woman, or anything. Not happening.

I am reading this book here. Guess what he’s saying. Swami Muktananda achieved the highest states, without hallucinogens like the shamans use. He used meditation. Only meditation. Guess what a huge portion of the book is about? Him worshiping his Guru. His loving his Guru, on and on this guy goes, pages and pages of it.

Think about this, even don Juan from deep Mexico, taught Carlos to stop thinking, and spoke of all the powers that come from it, but don Juan used his powers, this Swami guy transcended them. Don Juan tricked Carlos into an apprenticeship. This Swami guy doesn’t use his dreams to affect the world, or his powers to wake the world. To each his own; we are not all equal in these terms. This Swami guy followed his destiny, don Juan his; Syntax. The trick is to peel away the syntax.

I am not exaggerating, this Swami guy loved his Guru so much he rubbed his Guru’s poop on himself and went into a meditative state of ecstasy. Don’t believe me, read it yourself. I highly doubt the guy wrote that down just to get readers. He didn’t get blasted in the media, followed by millions of copies being sold. He worshiped the guy, totally. All these Indian guru’s speak of it. This Swami guy though gives his first hand experience of that actual process. It’s a crazy read.

Reading this book though, after all that unconscious study, all the meditation, all the neuroscience, metaphysics, physics. After all that don Juan, putting it all together; snap! You see, what was really happening is that this Swami guy was focusing his mind entirely on someone who had already attained. What I am saying is, take all the language away, take the syntax away. It’s just two humans sitting in a room; what are they doing? One is focusing his mind on the other. In this Swami guy’s case, quite vehemently. He did it with total devotion. His doing that for extended periods of time has a real and measurable effect. Here is some verses from the book;

The mind that is absorbed night and day in women
takes on the nature of a woman,
The mind that is always angry burns in the fire of anger,
The mind that is always thinking of material objects,
drowns in the pit of materialism,
O Sundar, the mind that is continually resting in Brahman
eventually becomes that.

If you do not know the Indian syntax, Brahman is one down from God. If you attain Brahman consciousness, all that is left is God consciousness. Many people confuse Brahman with God, according to Indian syntax.

Scientists have been studying meditators for a minute now. Some of the things they have demonstrated are quite profound. Some of these demonstrations make it easy to see how in the past monkeys attributed natural born abilities for some god or other. It's all invisible to the eyes, and not measurable by any known current scientific devices. I’ll keep it simple though.

Take two people, meditators, and have them focus on each other for a few months to establish a bond. Then bring them into your lab and put a brain reading cap on their heads that reads their brain waves.  Now separate them with some distance, and some walls. Their brains will stay in sync. Their brain waves will stay harmonized. Now put a strobe light on one of the subjects. Just so happens, that a strobe light has an affect on one's brain waves. Sends some people into seizures actually. The person separated by some walls, well, their brain will register the strobes effect too. Wrap your mind around that. Obviously one needs no religion to achieve this result. No syntax needed. We are all connected.

This has set me free of having to worship some monkey.

In my own terms, on my own path, I don’t have to bow down to anyone. I merely need to harmonize my mind with one who has already attained. That is not bowing down. I don’t even need to know their name. I don’t have to worship this person, no pedestal is needed. They merely are aware of something I am not aware of: yet. It’s like feeling wealthy, if you have never been wealthy, how can you know that feeling? By focusing on someone who does! It's not like it happens over night. This Swami guy spent years and years in meditation. Once my mind has focused my body will do the rest for me. It would be the same for anyone, such is the power of the monkey suit. Everyone has this power.

Obviously for this Swami guy, worshiping as he did, it greatly energized him. It greatly decreased the time it took him to take on his Gurus spiritual state. Like being in love, one is greatly motivated to self-improve, to become a better person. I get it. I just love myself more than that.  I love myself too much to efface myself. The entire book is about God being inside each of us, and being able to realise that fact. If God is in me, then it follows that I bow to no one. So I am not going to be looking outside myself. All I need to know is, this is a way to actually feel Truth; that is all I need to know. I am going to continue to seek alone. I told you I would prove them wrong, and I will bet you anything you want, my desire to attain alone, is as strong as his love for his Guru was. In the end it will be no advantage to him. His drug, his hallucinogen, his method was a Guru; that is but one method. What difference does it make what method? So long as one attains.
